As 2018 is quickly approaching, many have their attention on the New Year’s Eve party they’ll be attending. But, in the back of many minds is the question of New Year’s Resolutions.
But honestly, how many times have you made a New Year’s Resolution and lost interest by February? That’s a pretty common occurrence. In fact, did you know that 92% of people who set New Year’s Resolutions fail to keep them? Don’t become a statistic! You’re better than that! This year, do something different.
Most elite athletes have mastered the skill of getting goals. They create a game plan and implement the actions necessary on a daily, weekly, monthly basis in order to improve their game. As an athlete myself, I have planned and achieved many goals. I created this planner to KEEP IT SIMPLE, but to get the ESSENTIALS in one place so you, too, can set your New Year’s Resolution like an elite athlete.
You can make 2018 better than all prior years by taking a little time to consider where you are and where you want to be at the end of one year. Then plan out how you will achieve that by breaking down what needs to be done into monthly, weekly and daily steps to take. When you plan out your goal road map, it is not uncommon to achieve that goal long before the deadline.
